- Breaking the wine bottle demonstrates that Wagner was angry but diverting his aggression toward objects. It is probable that she fell o'board during a struggle. However there is not a reasonable explanation for Wagner or the others failing to immediately aid her. If Wagner failed to act and failed to ask others for help he is complicit in her death, but that is not murder or killing.
