I love these stories 48, but the graphic crime scene photos are too shocking.

She never was that good looking. The boobs are fake. You don't see something that big on skinny girls unless they're fake. Prison got the best of her because she looks like an old hag now.

This man is innocent, There is no evidence, no motive, really annoys me. The licence plate PROVES nothing, what is the matter with the American system, how can u NOT charge someone 15 yrs earlier and with NO new evidence charge him. The jurors must have been total idiots, I feel sorry for you man, hopefully the ***** with the motive will reveal the truth

That smooth talking jerk Eric and the conniving Nanette deserve each other. They both have those personalities that dupe some people, but can't play that game with the prosecutor. Wish there was a follow up to this story. I believe he is guilty because there are too many inconsistencies. The blonde sister was getting on my nerves too. Wish she would wipe that smile off her face. I'd feel really bad about talking about my dead father.

I feel like I was watching my cousin Vinny- the lawyers were awful. I believe that Eric was innocent and I think his aloof personality caught up with him. My thoughts are that the money hungry "fiance" made a fool of Eric, tying him into the web, and ultimately hired someone to kill. Eric was simply a piece of the puzzle- Eric thought he was the man- and turned out to be the fall guy. This is not the end of the story- she will set Eric free.

I think that in as much as polygraph test is not admissible in court, the accused should still take it, just form as a part of reference when things are so uncertain. This case could go either way.
The only way of really finding the truth here is if they really interrogate her in a manner that will make her reveal the plot! I don't mean water boarding and stuff, but straight forward "we know you did it, its death penalty if you don't tell us, and its 30 years if you do" type thing???
