- Bull,Ive worked my whole life most of the time working three jobs at the same time .I have good credit 669 ok. and i have always made my house payments early.my percentage rate is 17% yea i know.I owe 21,000. on my home. it values 45,000.I want to refinance to get a lower rate so I can live. and I dont want any extra money.the issue is because of my divorce and the job changed my income has dropped 85%.everyone I have talked to says that my income is to low to refinance sorry but we cant help . but like i said i make my house payments early everytime .so please tell me how is Obama refi helping.because there is no help out there.If someone knows something please let me know. I will be praying like always donnajohnson1970@yahoo.com
