Romney: "About time" Qaddafi was killed

Responding to the reports of the death of Libyan dictator Moamar Qaddafi, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney on Thursday called Qaddafi a "terrible tyrant" and added "it's about time."

Perry then appeared to dial back on that statement when he said, "Only Libya is better off...I would recommend this for the rest of the world."
