Amanda should be willing to submit to a polygraph to eliminate her as a suspect. Make it happen . Adios

I'm 90% sure she did it. I don't think arturo killed himself, and if he didn't, why was there a sash on stairs? I noticed his wife's main worry is how people looks at her. She's a narcissist. It's also weird how she keeps saying ''my husband''. Even though she had said it's over.

folks the reason why the Gatti family is convinced that Amanda has something to do with Arturo's death is because Paulo albares, the Brazilian second chief investigative officer, who was never at the original crime scene, convinced the Gatti family, with conviction, before they left, that he was murdered. Paulo claimed that they had all the evidence they needed to convict her of the crime. This was mentioned in the presence of the Brazilian prosecuting attorney and the Canadian government diplomatic representatives. The Gatti family arrived 72 hours after his death, why is this show called 48 hours??? is it because typically speaking, all the facts that point to the outcome of a crime scene is solved in 48 hours? What happened here? Why didn't Erin Moriarity interview personally herself members of the Gatti family? (they used correspondents) oh and about Joe, come on folks everyone knows Joe was not in arturo's life for the latter years, so, he does not count. it will be interesting if CBS allows this posting...TMI

I think Amanda had something to do with it. The relationship was abusive & drinking made the abuse worse. She probably wanted the $$$, child & new life. Her actions are too weird. If there's blood on the guy & he's laying on the floor in that position, he's not sleeping. Don't buy her lame excuses nor her attitude
when she got of jail. She even said she was going to KILL him. Latins have hot tempers & can go postal easy

Amanda really thinks she is J Lo and she wants to live life on the fast lane. Her only way to accomplish her dream was to get rid of Arturo so she can get hand on his money. Amanda, if u read this message, u r not and u will never be like J Lo because u r lacking the physical beauty and I bet u sound horrible if u were to sing!!!!!!!!!!!

People who cannot see grief in this woman are blind. Period. I think, and I do think, that most of the negative comments come from the worst written English that I have ever encountered. That such atrociously written comments can come from people of the most astute logic is beyond imagination. However this woman appeared leaving prison is not proof of a crime committed. Not one shred of proof of guilt. No one seems to have questioned that the fighter may not have died by hanging immediately. I believe a number of ignorant people just like to see what they think in print no matter how wrong they are, and if it kills this woman, so what? She not only has to fight her husband's family, she has to fight these worthless clowns that speak from the blackness in their souls that is eager to prosecute her with no evidence.

This is a difficult case to figure out, but what really struck me as being odd was the way Amanda came out of jail smiling and acting so triumphant. I can understand her feeling relieved to be out of jail, but as someone commented earlier, she was acting like she was some big celebrity or something. Her husband and the father of her little boy had died only 3 weeks earlier... the way she was acting was unbelievably inappropriate. My gut feeling is that something is off here.

I watched this when it was first aired. It has been on my mind a lot. At first, I didn't have any opinion on whether Amanda was guilty. But now after all these days, she's becoming more and more suspicious in my eyes. Sure, she can laugh when she's talking about the happy days, but she seems never sad at all about his death. He did so much for her. SO MUCH. Even if he killed himself, she would show SOMETHING. I feel like I'm more distraught over his death than her, and I never even heard of him before this episode!
