- Bullying historically has been ingrained in society since men and women walked up-right. The question is how effectively can it be stamped out. If you look at it realistically society has it work cut out socially, politically, and military. Right now looking at it affecting our children has to be dealt with at all cost from combining efforts of parents, schools, communities, each domination of faith now, not when it become an epidemic.
