It's incredible just how complicit her participation in "planning" the murder really was - Ms Bullsh*t's testimony was so sweet and sugary compared to the cold calculating ***** she really is. Want Proof - listen between .36sex and 1m.01sec about the suicide note BEFORE and AFTER the murder

Hey, CBS, why won't you allow readers to comment on "A Killer Defense" (July 26, 2011)? Social engineering?

There is a problem with the Nissan ads that result in a plug-in failure of the videos. Can't you fix this problem? It's most frustrating to be thwarted every time one attempts to view a CBS video...

He was the devil hiding behind the title of preacher. I think Vannesa was sucked in because he was a preacher. But she is just as wrong. My heart goes out to Kari's family. Exspecially her daughters. I hope everyday he spends in prison is hell for him. Because that is where he belongs. Thank you 48 hours for these amazing mysteries.

I have some doubts about Vanessa's evidence but absolutely none with his guilt.

These sociopaths walk through life fooling so many people so much of the time that they arrogantly think they can talk themselves out of anything.

flag 1: counselor talks about his marriage. flag 2: wants to start meeting @ his house. I think Vanessa knew where things were headed.

Erin Moriarty needs to stop playing GOD and abusing the judicial system. She should be barred from her right to practice as an attorney in Ohio and replaced by CBS as a correspondent.

Erin said to detective Rodriguez "could it be that Vanessa is finally telling the truth"?

BFD Erin; Vanessa could have saved Kari's life. She had no reason to fear bodily harm from Matt prior to the murder and you want to let her off the hook?

What kind of person are you Erin to offer such mercy to this Vanessa and condemn Tausha Fields after she witnessed a murder out of a jealous rage?

Is it possible that Erin used to end result of Tausha Fields conviction of life imprisonment to persuade Vanessa to "tell the truth"? Or was this a concocted story made up by Vanessa to save her own butt?

Good job Erin! Not only do you teach criminals to get away with murder you also imprison innocent victims. Have you got anymore great ideas???

The way you interview people it's hard to tell what's really happening because you use the power of suggestion to portray your own theory.

It's a good thing that you're not GOD because you are easily misguided and do not judge fairly in all matters.
