Think, dear reader, of the commitment of this nation that for over 200 years it has never missed a debt obligation to anyone. And now the radical Republicans are willing to put our nation's honor - not to mention its credit standing - at risk. One can only conclude that they have no understanding of financial institutions or markets. Oh yeah, they were elected because they "love" the Constitution.
