- Very difficult decisions. I feel DeVecchio did not cross the line as FBI chain was inform and involved. If DeVecchio is charged so should all his superiors. But we know that won't happen. Why is it the top never seem to get charged with crimes they are supporting? DeVecchio was acting in his official capicity and saved many lives by this. Like he proposed - How else do you get the facts for a conviction with this nasty population? After all - we accept immunity and witness protection of other crooks.
