Absolutely, contact your congress representatives, all of them and yell in support of a man who tried to help America defend herself. Don't let them get away with this travesty. I want to thank Mr. Drake for trying and I am yelling.
The powerful have to make sure people with principal are ruined and that they are stuck in prison so that the taxpayer won't be able to hear anything of importance. We will only hear what the powerful want us to be told. We are a functional aristocracy and we better friggin bring it down. Americans living and working in America should be running things, not people born and raised to be better than the middle class and always have more than the rest of us by lying, cheating and stealing from the middle class.

As a veteran - I took an oath to first support the constitution. Drake was doing his duty with remarkable bravery. As already stated - he should be given a medal.

We can only speculate what is happening today that is presently being sweep under the rug by taking people out back and effectively shooting them by firing them from their jobs, taking their pensions and threatening jail if they speak out about something they (some brave sole) know is wrong!

Thank you 60 minutes for this and all your reporting. I can only hope that your reporting will help our country and freedoms that are slowly slipping away by fear mongrels. Change is slow but rewarding

You could easily take any one of the PROOFS that the whole story is a lie. Start with any one of them, such as the PHOTO of the DARK GREY military plane that hit the tower, and all the people saying it was not a commercial plane! Common, people! Wake the heck up!

How could they blame him for 9/11 when he barely started working on that day. you see how our Government turns things around all he said was that they needed new technology to catch terrorist. Now they are blaming him for 9/11. I tell you our government is to busy getting into people's lives, it would be better if we had independent instead of Democrats and Republicans. Independents believe they should let the American people live their own lives and no to but into it. Except where they need and ask for the Governments help.

primarydoc, you couldn't have said it better.

one gripe, this piece should have found time to fit in just a bit of Mr. Drake's comments when accepting the Ridenhour Prize for Truth-Telling.

Android users:

There is an App called "Congress" that will help in this case and many others -- contact your congressperson; get involved!

This isn't a commercial, I just think Drake needs support.

He was simply reporting the high crime of treason...if the President was violating the Constitution he has a duty and responsibility to stop it. By any means necessary.

If the Constitution is the supreme law of the land...and the President/(news alwaye says 'white house' whateva that means) was committing treason by ignoring people Constittional rights...then it is NOT treason or against some lessser act to expose it. case closed against Drake.

Just common sense tells everyone watching this segment that charges against Tom Drake should be dropped. Those charges should be filed against Gen. Hayden for the 1.2 billions dollar program that failed in place of a 3 million dollar program could have succeeded.
