If any one is interested in following our case. we are a wide open book. 24 7. walk with us as we try with yet another lawyer who wants money right up front and our case is with a long list of others as a group. This suit deals with recontrust BOA Country wide and much more. Watch as we get lied to, our money taken,no help, no answers, total run around and no notices etc.. etc... And for the finali.... Haaahaaa Evicted. The actual being kicked to the curb. Loosing everything we own.On the streets homeless scared and alone with a bird. Have no family and no where to go. Homeless shelters will not take my bird. and she is my best friend and all Ive got in this whole world. And Im all she has. Had her for 15 years. I rent a room in this house. and have disabilitys. often faint and go into convulsions being one of them. which really makes it hard for me to work. All though I want to.

This is one huge big mess. In our nightmare journey.... Even the Lawyers Have been fradulent to the point of charging thousands of dollars then the phone is disconected and no where to be found. Or charging thousands of dollars upfront to do absolutly nothing up to the very last day before your house gets sold. Already talking with the bank BOA qualifing for a modification. Being told it stops the forclosure. To, with out notice, receiving a notice on the front door that our house has be forclosed. SOLD...And sold to the very Bank that is helping with the modification loan that I qualify for that suposedly summited all the paper work and put a stop on the forclosure. Huh? Have two weeks to pack up and go. With no where to go. I will be officialy homeless with my bird. Im scared and pissed. Cant trust one single person regarding this. And isnt it true that recon trust isnt even leagal here in california ? Or has Bank of america's lawyers got loop holes for this too?

YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS.
I hope someone reads this and can do something about this fraud. I don't want anyone to go though what me and my family went through as we lost our home to foreclosure putting our family with 6 kids out on the street.

I was one that was told that I was approved for a modification and promised by my bank that they would modify my home loan and then pulled the rug out from under my feet. Keep in mind that I had close to $110k in equity still in my home when they pulled and pulled hard on that rug.

To make a long story short they drug out my modification as the auction date got closer and closer and then the day before the auction the person at the bank told me to not worry about the auction date because they would call and postpone it. Well they didnt. They did just the opposite. I had a friend suggest that I should up at the auction on the court building front steps and to bring all my modification paper work, which I did and to ask the auctioneer to see if my home was listed to sell which I did and it was listed. My friend told me that I could ask the auctioneer to call the bank and ask for my home sale to be postponed giving them the time to work out our modification.

Well guess what... I showed up to the auction with paperwork in hand and like the advise I was given I asked the auctioneer to please call the bank. The gentleman was very kind and told me that if I had the paperwork in hand that he had done this before and that bank will postpone your auction. So he placed the phone call and turned to me and said that my bank told him that they were not interested in working out a loan mod with me and instructed him to go ahead and sell our home. Do you have any idea how it feels to watch your family home of 7 years be auctioned off to someone you dont know. The part that make me most upset is that the bank had a mortgage person solicite me for a stupid refinance loan I didn't need nor want a year prior to end up having them kick me and my children out of our home while they take the equity in our home.. Then to as insult to injory I ended up having to hand over my keys to our home on my birthday. What is the world coming to..

This is madness. Put my violin students back where you found them, you gold diggers. I wasn't done teaching those children. Stop selling our neighborhoods off to more speculators.
Do you think for one minute that if you kick families out of their homes they will stop voting?

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies.
If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property - until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."

I spent my life in the mortgage banking starting in the late 60's when lending was very tradional, when Freddie Mac and FNMA started operations and revolutionized the industry in the way we lend our money to homebuyers I was in the industry as the savings and loan industry collapsed due to factors I never thought would affect me but I was left with no career and had to reinvent myself to survive, I watched as the banking industry bullied our government to close the S&L industry thus eliminating the one competitor they had. It now seems as rather small in the big picture as the banks have managed to mishandle the currrent market when there were resolutions available all of which they ignored, the subprime market was unregulated and the banks bought into the programs to further the demise of the housing market and the one investment that most Americans relied upon for their future, millions are walking away from these home and have lost millions and the further decline that Wall Street made worse by buying selling these mortgages . It is criminal yet I don't hear any prosecutions like there were in the S&L debacle, yet the amount of money lost is far beyond on all of the losses of the 80's , the recovery was rather quick and by the late eighties the real estate market was better then ever. The banks need to bite the bullet and get people back into their homes and they would help themselves by stemming the losses that will go on now for the next 8-10 years , it needs to be addressed, yet all I hear is blame, but the people who perpetrated this are not being held accountable and most of them have benefitted far beyond a reasonable amount and were rewarded for their criminal activities far beyond holding up and robbing a bank they particiapated from the inside. When does government which has proven time and time again they don't know what to do or how to resolve this issue, it is resolvable.
