Harry Shearer's "Big Uneasy"

Comedian Harry Shearer, best known as the voice of dozens of "Simpsons" characters and a writer for "Saturday Night Live," is putting the jokes aside in a new documentary about Hurricane Katrina and New Orleans. Shearer spoke to CBS News correspondent Bill Plante about "The Big Uneasy."

- So you build a city below sea level in a hurricane prone area and now you are looking for a scapegoat. The only thing more stupid was rebuilding it in the same place and sticking me for part of the cost.
