Why do we have appeals in the first place. Is it for the supposed "victimized' filth, or for with protesters with there heads up their ...! Personally, he deserves nothing closely resembling mercy. For God's sake, give 'em the Blood Eagle. Don't know what it is? It's an ancient form of torture devised by the Vikings that involves ripping out the ribcage, (hence the eagle) exposing the internal organs, including the lunges, which are unable to inflate due to the fact that they would be hanging out side the body. Giving the individual, a slow, painful and for this case, a justified death.

I believe he should be executed he has no regard for human life and loved the thrill of the kill as he said himself so he would probably kill again. It is a massive waste of taxpayers money to leave him in jail and especially let him lodge appeals wasting more of working peoples money on over paid attorneys etc. Also there should be more tabs on immigrants i.e. mental health checks criminal record checks I suppose now there are more checks post 9/11 and resources to that effect.I would just hate to think he would be scot free only for him been retarded enough to leave a vehicle regestered to him at the scene of the crime and he could of gone under the radar as he was a loner and from out of state.

Zack has been survived by his sister's child by the same name.Yvette I hope that you come to peace with your survival Zack would want it no other way. Also bayoubeast I agree with you 100%!An eye for an eye.The killer like's to see people die.A mirror an a mound of rocks for Zack's family sounds like a winner to me.

If you live long enough you do see the Good and the bad in life.Sometimes we see so much bad that we forget there is good and beauty and love! The animal that killed Sach is a pathetic excuse for a human being and may he anguish for decades in prison!I was struck by Yvette in every aspect of fragility and human emotion. She exemplifies the good in people and what strength and courage are.I hope her torment subsides and I believe she has an Angel who watches over her now and his name is Zach!God bless and heal them all!

Most people will think what I am about to say is horrible but here goes. I believe the punishment should fit the crime!! You get the death penalty you should be executed the exact manner in which you murdered your victim(s). That might deter some crazy bastards knowing they will be brutally executed not just go to sleep!!!

OMG, if you want to kill yourself then kill yourself, but don't hurt other innocent people. :(
