Overruled 100 years precedent? That is factually inaccurate! Did I hear him speak OBAMA language? There is unequal income so we must make things fair? No mention of the First Amendment Freedom of Speech that all news media organizations (and the multi million dollar corporations that own them) enjoy? McConnell was 2002 and Austin was 1990! Kennedy in his majority opinion listed 25 corporations that had currently been given exemptions to the BCRA therefore it is ok for the liberal media to spew any thing they would like? Why isn't any one speaking about the First Amendment! Political Speech is the most fundamental right we have as Americans It didn't change disclosure laws and it certainly did not change contributions by foreign corporations. I was looking forward to hearing Justice Stevens speak. One would think he would have a little more appreciated for the institution of the Court to protect it. He defends giving terrorist Constitutional rights but not Americans the right to have political debate before an election. How crazy is that? Wasn't it nice of Souter to come out of his hiding in defense of Stevens?

it would have been a less biased story if you had shown other justices who disagreed with his extremely liberal opinions. but, then then that wouldn't have been popular with the cbs news brass would it?

His most important ruling? The counting was confirmed by multiple sources.
George Bush would have won anyway.
And you call yourself a reporter!
