A CBS News Investigation found that the House Ethics Committee isn't policing members of Congress as well as it should and is thumbing its nose at the independent committee meant to watch them. CBS News' Sharyl Attkisson has a report.

- There is no accountability anymore. Responsibility and accountability - these are the two most abused words in politics. When I was in business school, these words were pounded into the classes. Fiscal responsibility and accountability, honesty, ethics, moral responsibility, moral accountability - the politicians in Washington do not even know what these words mean. They think "don't get caught" are the only words they need to heed.
