This piece was ruined for me because the plural of "Gates" is "Gateses." I'm appalled that this basic rule of English was ignored throughout. Shame on you, CBS.

I do appreciate anybody wanting to "help". However, money is not changing anything, proved by 200 previous generations of rich people dying in and/or of sickness...

The ONLY change that can be expected is TO BE RE-BORN FROM ABOVE, or to set oneself above current conditions by BEGETTING HEALTH: "I AM HEALTHY".

Can you imagine Jesus "GIVING MONEY" instead of RESTORING PERFECTION?

What they need to do next is help reduce the birthrate in poor countries, and do that work just as hard as they work to try to save the babies born into any country with an excessive population problem.

Microsoft is, to say the least, an ardent champion of private property. "It is immoral to use private property to alleviate the horrible evils that arise from private property." The people they are helping are not in the situation they are in because humanity has an inability to produce what they lack, but rather the people they are helping have a lack of purchasing power. We have the ability as humans, to provide everything that is needed for each person to live a bountiful life. It is only because of the profit system that we do not use that ability; it simply is not profitable.

The education of women is the best birth control out there. Woman get married later and have fewer and healthier children. Lets enable women to have opportunities.
