A true diamond of a story in a minefield of those about joblessness, political and corporate corruption, environmental disaster, war, etc. This story was uplifting and inspirational. It speaks to the very core of why America, despite its many issues, is the greatest country in the world; combine your dreams with hard work, sacrifice, more hard work, and a little luck and you can do anything. Jose Andres is a role model not only for his students but for ordinary Americans like me. Also, LOVED seeing Anderson Cooper.

How wonderful and creative are the foods or treats of Jose Andres. It is so exciting that he has lifted the limits on everything in cooking from temperature to texture, from mixing to piling, and the blending of solid, liquid and gas.......Molecular gastronomy....
With my CryoRain Inc. which fights fires and crises and extracts fuel has that same freedom, however, he wins, after the bite of cryogenic carmel corn, Mr. Anderson looked more like a dragon puffing smoke - water vapor - from his nostrils and mouth....Wow! I love it.
We had to identify with a new science as well - Thermistry. He is the first Molecular Gastronomist, and I the first Thermist. We use inert Nitrogen to handle crises while preventing chemical reactions like explosions, changing the character of fuels and materials. The cold counters the infernos and as a gas the fire suppressant, gaseous Nitrogen - NFPA Code 2000, is pulled to the actively burning parts of the fire ending their ferocity. And its no-arcing characteristic protects electrical and electronics items when fighting fires.
