By the way, Marjorie Orbin lost her appeal recently, so she is stuck in prison for the rest of her life. She belongs there if for no other reason than she hurt the one person she claimed to have loved the most, her son, by killing his loving father. No freedom for her--ever.

They bungled the investigation from the start! The lab should have tested the hairs found at the crime scene in order to rule out "suspects". But they didn't test them until AFTER the trial was over and what do they find? That the hairs found at the crime scene did not belong to either Marjorie or Larry. Imagine that. Then there's the Lowe's video tape. Unbenounced to Marjorie, she provided the killer with the means to dispose of the body. The killer (or killers) knew these items were available and probably had seen them in the garage too so they used them cause he/they knew all evidence would point right back to Marjorie. What a perfect way to hide the crime. As for the shopping and the money spending - - she had a son to continue to support so of course she's going to spend money. What was she supposed to do? Ignore her responsibilities as a mother? Certainly not. As for not reporting the crime? Larry (and his accomplice if there was one) had just killed and dismembered her husband so when he told her to keep her mouth shut or her son would wind up the same way,....she did just what he asked so she kept her son alive. She did what a mother is supposed to do - - protect your child. A killer was in her life and very close to her son, who meant the world to her, so yes, she wasn't about to be stupid and jeopardize/endanger her son and lose what she had for so long, wanted. And Jay had given that to her. Jay gave her the one thing she wanted most in life and that was - a child - her son. None of the other men that had been in and out of her life did any of that, let alone acted on it. But Jay did. And she really truly loved him for it. Any woman would. So he had his faults and wasn't perfect. No one is. So NO, I don't believe she did it. His body, dismembered or not, would have been too heavy for her to carry and dispose of. A man, even two men, could easily carry that bin full of remains. How convenient to dump it not far from where Marjorie lived. Too easy. And the killer(s) did a very good job of pointing the finger back at Marjorie. They walk FREE while she serves time. What an injustice! I pray she finds a good attorney to file an appeal and wins that appeal. Jay deserves justice to be served and for the REAL killer to pay for his death.

I wouldn't trust any inmates being questioned in court. I feel the couple both had something to do with her husbands murder.

This woman has all the believability and credibility of a jailhouse snitch. ZERO!! Her acting skills would be laughable, were this not a murder case. She thought her looks and sexiness would convince the police that she didn't do anything. If my husband/bf was missing and the police asked me to take a polygraph, I wouldn't hesitate. I'd do anything to help them find him and the last thing I'd be doing is going out and spending a heap of money while he's missing. What a lowlife waste of oxygen this woman is. Luckily for her son, he's being raised by someone other than her.

I believe a confrontation happened, and while it may have been "unexpected", it probably could have been avoided if the defendant hadn't been so careless and inconsiderate - I think it was one of those confrontations that was meant to humiliate her husband, but went very wrong. It's sad, all that effort to have a child that she'll never see. Interestingly, she never claimed abuse, just that he had "bad habits". I think he would have given her a divorce if she wanted it, but then she wouldn't have gotten the money. If she really feared for Noah, that's awful, but spending the rest of my life in jail might have made me afraid to, and I would have told the police.

And what is the justification, knowing that someone is dead and burning through their cash like that. This was the one question that she stumbled on - she said she was in a daze or something, so she buys a grand piano? I don't know if she deserved life, but I can't feel too sorry for her. I don't hear any responsibility at all.

its quite obvious the prosecutors also knew that larry was involved in the crime but the evidence pointing at marjorie was overwhelming and almost none was pointing at larry so they decided to take it on her knowing that if they pursue the both they might lose. God how could she hate him this much, look at what she said in jail. she never had a chance to mourn her husband, just some days after the man went missing all she could think of was to go on a shopping spree and even went as far as forging her husband's signature. is that a way to mourn a missing or a dead person. sometimes i wonder if all these re happening or its just for entertainment.
