- There is a reason why there are countries that are classified and considered as third-world. They fraught with tribalism, savagery, illiteracy, religious oppression, poverty and everything else that makes them fit to participate in a functional world. That any third-world hasn't risen above their status, given the advances of other countries in the functional world, shows their lack of ability, interest and indifference to advancing.
