I read some of the original trial reports. There's a lot of circumstantial evidence that points to the 3 boys. I wish there was a new trial instead of just throwing out the case. Just because DNA was found that didn't match the 3 boys, doesn't mean they're innocent.

I have watched the documentaries. Although we are not seeing all of the evidence, we are seeing the most important components of the evidence. Bottom line: the gentelmen need to be exonerated. The arresting investigators and specifically the one the who said, "on a scale of 1 to 10 he was an 11 in his confidence that these boys committed these crimes" should be arrested and charged with whatever stature possible to ensure this NEVER happens again. Further: These gentlemen should be compensated for the horrors they have endured not only to their names and reputations but also the loss of freedoms and rights and the crimes committed against them in prison. I read that Damien had filed a suit against the state because he raped in prison a horrific amount of times and the guards on duty did nothing to prevent it from happening even though they were aware of it happening. It said this happened during his time on death row! It is TIME we make this right. The state of Arkansas needs to be PUNISHED for this! We need to start making an example out of the police and states that allow these kinds of miscarriages of justice to happen! OBAMA! Where are you?? You want to be re-elected? You want the American people to back you? This is your ace in the hole! PUNISH THE RIGHT PEOPLE FOR THIS CRIME and EXONERATE the innocent in this disgusting situation!! This definately needs Presidential intervention! NEVER have I seen such support for the innocent and ignorance of the facts as this! STAND UP AMERICA! Make the right people, make this right!

I had just recently watched the first documentary of "Paradise Lost, The RobinHood Murders" the other night and the second documentary tonight "Revelation" First i would like to add my sympathies to the families of those 3 children so brutally murdered. I cant even begin to imagine what they had went thru. I also believed they convicted Damien, Jason, and Jesse without the sufficient evidence it would take to convict those boys. First of all, they should have been acquited by "reasonable doubt" with the effect of Mark Byers. "Shame on that jury" his story on that stand was just not believable at all to me. Then his actions and the charges in the second documentary pretty much nailed me to point to Mark Byers. I just think he was putting on an act the whole time. The more he showed himelf the more phony he was. He was also paid for both of those documentaries. He showed more motive then those three teens put together. They did have more evidence on him. Also gave me a reason to believe that Chris's mom figured it out and that is why she died. In the second documentary, Mark Byers lied to the polygraphers face when he said he has never been charged on any felonies. He had some big one's, not to mention giving a teen friend a knife and holding a gun on pedetrians while that teen friend brutally beat a younger teen. Unbeleivable!!! Then he referred that his wife was murdered when asked how he felt about his wife's death as being labled as "Undetermined". How does he know she was murdered??? Polygrapher congratulated him on passing, in which i can't figure out why he was even given one. He was taking 5 different mind altering medications he was presribed to take 1 to 3 times a day. Most polygraphers would have not even given him one on that aspect. So i dont believe the test! The man has lied so much between the 2 documentaries that it makes me sick that he was not looked into more closely. If they put as much effort into him as they did the teens, i believe there would have been a totally different outcome. Next, along with the numerous descrepancies in Jesse's confession, he had claimed that Michael Moore got away and he chased and caught him and held him till they got there, then he left, but in the 2nd documentary he said he chased Michael and brought him back. He had the IQ of 72 an equivelent to a 5th or 6th grader. He could easily be manipulated into a confession. I mean he was questioned for over 12 hours and only the last 45 mins was recorded??? Not to mention being alone with those detectives hopelessly questioning him for that long. He had to be scared to death! he told them what they wanted him to tell them. I believe he just wanted to go home and with an IQ like his, he really believed he would go home if he told them what they wanted to hear. Then there was the bite mark! I just cant beleive the judge did not beleive that was a bite mark! I am not an Orthodontist but it looked like one to me, so much that they tested and measured bite impressions of the three teens that did not match. If it wasn't a bite mark, how could they measure another bite mark to it??? To me it would be obvious that it would be impossible to measure a bite mark to a mark that wasn't, and CONCLUSIVELY finish those tests. I also don't understand why the same judge was set to preside over the 2nd trial. He should have stepped down. Talk about "conflict of interest" I saw alot of injustice and really bad decisions made. I would have signed the petition if i had seen the documentaries before. Just on the fact that they never had any evidence on the teens and didnt prove their guilt beyond a "Reasonable Doubt" They really need to turn to Mark Byers more. They still can! There is no stature of limitation for murder. Even though the teens pleaded guilty, they can still be exonerated. I also feel they should be reimbursed by the state. Not the actors, but the state. Those celebrities were supporters, they had nothing to do with their sentences. I take my hat off to the supporters and to Jesse's attorney for never giving up.

Not only should these people be free, they should be compensated for their trouble financially by the state, but of course Arkansas protected themselves against this because they know they are fools. I'm hoping the celebrities involved are also willing to help compensate these people financially for their trouble. They can certainly afford it. I can't believe that Damien was in solitary confinement all of these years. This is unimaginable and totally unjust on all levels.

FANTASTIC!! FINALLY, CONGRATULATIONS!!!
I also agree that Terry Hobbs is the real killer as he had way too many discrepancies in his stories. Also lets not forget him having ALL his teeth removed when they were checking into the bite mark.
Damien,Jessie,Jason....WELCOME BACK TO FREEDOM xx

JohnF30, how could you agree with everything jaky79 said. Yet say they are definitely guilty. Did you read any of his post?

I will say whoemver killed those children must have known them! thats in my opinion. I will say that the three young men who were convicted had no motive at all. Mr. Driver who is no longer a juvenile office because of embezzeling money, was trying to cover the marion police dept. for not going out to help look for those three young children that nite!Ms. Meeks was looking for the three young children when she got the call to investigate the bloody man in Bojangles that nite!
