France Says No to Burqas

By an overwhelming majority, the French National Assembly has banned the wearing of burqas (face-covering veils) in public. Christina Ruffini reports.

Muslims: They know exactly what Europe is like. They hate western values. They move into Europe anyway. Then they complain about it.

Why don't they simply leave?

WOW. Nice Job FRANCE!!!! About time that someone started to put some laws in place. HEY MUSLIMS ITS THEIR COUNTRY, DONT LIKE IT? THEN LEAVE.

Wearing a burqa is actually worse than going around schools wearing a trench coat. Not only that, but if any of us women were to go live in a middle eastern country, they definitely wouldn't let us wear our western clothes and we all know what the penalty for that can be.

In the west a burqa doesn't sheild you from unwanted attention, it attracts attention and shows that you wish to seperate yourself from the society in a vary provocative way. In the west a garment which hides the face is called a disguise; this is a simple cultural fact. The burqa funtions differently in the west than it does in predominantly Muslim countries and to pretend otherwise is delusional. I'm sorry, it's true!
