Ignorant prejudice people, like yourself, is the true threat to our country. Illegal aliens are here illegally, get it? They are breaking the law and must to be prosecuted. Whether Mexicans or not, illegal immigrants need be stopped. If you don't respect the law of the land then leave our country. Terrorists could be from any race, color or faith. Now go find a quite spot and educate yourself mister...Grow up. Hatred ideology will get you nowhere.

I believe the United States has made its own illegal immigration problem through its own foreign and domestic policies and by doing so we have now put the country in danger. We now need a remedy for the situation before the United States becomes more overrun by illegal aliens, drug smugglers and terrorists than it already is.

Quit worrying about illegals coming to take our jobs or taking our jobs. You can't help what's happening with immigration south of the border. What you do need to worry are the terrorist entering this country through our borders. It's too late to worry about your jobs, you didn't do anything in the 90's!!! Mexicans are no longer the threat to our society MUSLIMS extremist are... And they are right behind your back yard entering our canadian and mexican borders oh and guess what it was our ignorance that caused this!!! LoCk and LoAd Americans!!!

There is a solution. Put citizens on a competitive basis with the illegals. Allow any citizen to be an independent contractor, so the employer doesn't have to kick in for Social Security or disability or pay for healthcare or vacation. Then English-speaking literate workers will get their jobs back.

I am a college student working at a hotel. I just started a housekeeping job recently for the hotel. I am actually witnessing what the illegal immigrants and legal immigrants are doing to the simple low-wage jobs. I was asked in my interview, if I knew Spanish. In a English speaking country, I couldn't believe that I needed to learn a different language. I am force to clean rooms under unrealistic times. I can barely communicate with my co-workers. I asked my Aunt if she had to work under strict times in the 80s and 90s, in the housekeeping business, she said " No, the illegal immigrants have changed the way employers pay and treat workers". Illegals work for less, will produce more under strict time, and will allow themselves to be verbally abused in the work place. I went home in tears, because I just wanted to pay for my books and classes, not treated like an animal. I was even made to stock a housekeeping cart off the clock. If anyone reads this, please share your stories, on how illegal and legal immigrants are destroying American lives.

Katie Couric is just another cancerous lesion on America. Her questions show her affinity for illegals and their sycopahntic America-hating liberal cronies. We shipped MILLIONS of jobs south of the border thanks to Bill Clinton's NAFTA and yet they still pour over the border by the battalion. America is being destroyed by barbarization, the same disease that destroyed the Roman Empire.

Wouldn't it be more accurate to say that illegals have almost taken over entire industries like construction, manufacturing, and fast food industries?

Not only are the illegal immigrants taking all the jobs, other companies are shipping work oversees to China etc, to make cheaper products. That is why one of my friends lost their job. Also, everytime you try to call a credit card company etc you get someone who can't speak english at some call center who knows where. What about all those jobs? Why can't you get someone american to take those jobs?

IM A TRUCK DRIVER AND I TRAVEL ALL OVER THIS COUNTRY. IM BLESSED TO TALK TO DOCK WORKERS AND PEOPLE VERY DAY. OVER THE LAST THREE YEARS IVE NOTICED THE BIG PROBLEM WITH LOWER CLASS PEOPLE THAT WORKED FOR THE ONLY BIG COMPANY IN THEIR HOME TOWN. HAVE LOST THEIR JOBS TO ILLEGALS. THE COMPANY TOLD THOSE PEOPLE TO TAKE A PAY CUT OR THEY WILL MOVE OUT OF THE TOWN,AND THEN ONE DAY TWO ILLEGALS THAT CANT SPECK ENGLISH.MONTH LATER NO IN THE COMPANY BUT THE OFFICE WORKERS ARE AMERICANS. I TELL THEM TO CALL "ICE" ON THE COMPANY. BUT THEY WAS RISED TO NOT TRUST LAW EMFORCEMENT.... WAKE UP AMERICA
