Wow so many of these comments are hating on Conan. How could you guys choose Jay over him? Leno is not funny at all. He and his dumb chin should retire. Conan was the only good late night talk show out the main 3.

Oh well... Even if you don't like Coco you'll like this:

Ever wonder what a Conan O'brien snowman looked like? WONDER NO FURTHER!

I remember when the last days of Conan as host of TTS were happening I decided to take a look at Jay's show; I didn't find it very funny. But then I watched Conan's show and one of the skits he did was putting a wax Tom Cruise in a canon and shooting him out and it was hilarious! I'm 14 and now I watch Conan religiously, I just find he's so funny and witty! NBC lost a great host, all because they promised Conan a show and then decided to go out on a limb and give Jay a prime time show. It failed, creating a domino effect on TTS and lost Conan and made Jay an enemy among many people.

if he was even remotely funny he would still be there. he is just a whiny little dip who stole the job to begin with by threatening to leave. it was a pr nightmare from then on. nobody likes a whiny jerk who got millions of dollars for nothing. anybody who thinks they lost a member of their family or a part of their life when his tv show went off is a total loser. it cracks me up when i see comments like it was his lifetime dream like the 17 year olds who get drafted into a sports league and say they were dreaming of it all their lives. he was about as funny as a kidney stone.

My family, I, and many of our friends think CBS has made a big mistake by letting Conan O'Brien resign. We have not watched one single tonight show ever since Jay L. has taken over the show. Instead, we have found other programs to watch. I just want to ask CBS, do you really think Leno is funny??!! I am sure the rating has substantially dropped ever since he took Conan?s show.

To be honest with you; we had tried several times in the past to watch Jay L.'s show while Conan?s show was still being broadcasted at a different time, But, after a few minutes into the show my husband and I would agree to change the channel because we did not find his comments humors! We believe a good comedian or show man should be able to compromise with his audience and be able to please and capture the attention of variety of audience. We think an entertainer should feel comfortable in his skin and act confidence when he performs. Leno is somewhat uptight about moving around the stage. We think a late night show should be done more vigorously and enthusiastically.

Leno just does not have the personality for a late night show program. He makes audience like us feel tired and fall sleep where as Conan keeps us on our tip toes until his show is over! Leno?s humor is boring. He always ends his sentences while he is whispering the words and sometimes does not finish his sentences clearly (I am sure I am not the only person who has said this!) His comments always start in a high volume and die as he gets toward the end of the sentence!! We do not find that funny at all! We use to get irritated.

We do not dislike him as a person but we think he is just not cut for being a comedian or an entertainer. It is wise to bring Conan back before it?s too late or just hire someone who is funny!

I actually miss the warm feeling of switching channels whenever Conan came on. If he had only stopped that stupid jumping whenever he was initially introduced at the beginning of his show, I might have tried to continue watching. Anyhow, it's entirely academic now, as I've recently moved from California to Missouri, and DirecTV satellite does not broadcast NBC here at all. With all the settlement cash, we don't have to bother wishing him luck, just: "stop that jumping!"

I always liked Jay Leno. When Conan took over, I watched him. He may have needed more time to find his legs (as did Jay many years ago). After the way this was handled by the network and Jay Leno, I decided that Letterman or King of Queens are both viable alternatives. I will never watch the Tonight Show again as a matter of principal and protest.

when the tvs went digital<--------- ratings meant jack as CONAN settled in. Conan start a web based network with STERN sirius radio slash internet tv. as STERN revolutionized satellite radio CONAN can do it for internet tv and blend tv and internet once and for all. i have had a computer dedicated to flat screen hd in my living room for years.

W NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN BC W NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN BC<----- JUST LIKE PIG VOMIT TOLD HOWARD STERN! Look these Corpret humpS as Conan calls them "THEM". Like giant giant ants in that 1954 Gordon Douglas movie. LAWYERS<--- MAKE CONTRACTS, LAWS, THREATS, ALL BEHIND CLOSED DOORS. WHO CARES IF Conan's ratings were less than LETTERMAN's! he left nbc this is the same crap wiki<---> Letterman moves to CBS
Letterman, who had hoped to get the hosting job of The Tonight Show following Johnny Carson's retirement, moved to CBS in 1993, when the job was given to Jay Leno. This was done against the wishes of Carson, who had always seen Letterman as his rightful successor, according to CBS senior vice president Peter Lassally, a onetime producer for both men.[2] On April 25, 1993, Lorne Michaels chose Conan O'Brien, who was a writer for The Simpsons at the time and a former writer for Michaels at Saturday Night Live, to fill Letterman's old seat directly after The Tonight Show. O'Brien began hosting a new show in Letterman's old timeslot, taking over the Late Night name.

Do a Wayns world internet tv show and watch it grow! PS SAVE ANDYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY<---------------- WHAT ABOUT ANDY

I love Conan....however Get over IT!! 32 million dollars!!! That guy got screwed???? Dear Conan, you know who gets screwed everyday? The unemployed...public school teachers...cancer patients...people without health care! Millions of Americans have lost or are losing thier jobs and I'll tell you right now we don't get a 32 million dollar settlement. We all have to deal with these terrible times, without being millionaires. We have to budget and accomodate. What a big baby...I hate Jay Leno...but Conan is losing me with his cry baby fest.

After watching the interview with Conan, I think he would have been far better served by a non-disclosure/disparagement agreement that went on for another 25 years. Get over it and PLEASE stop whining. You have your cash while thousands are lining up for jobs to give studio tours. Next time, only let your wife speak - she does a far more credible job of creating empathy for you. But you need to just move on -- it's old news.

C'mon give Conan a break, this is all still pretty new to him. Conan was with NBC for a really long time so a change is a big deal. It's not about money, it's about he job. Besides, he's being asked how he feels and even says during the interview he's fine and though he takes issue with how it went down, he's not wanting to go back but move forward. I have been a long time Conan fan and never a Leno fan. Though I was supportive of Conan's moving to the TS and watched...honestly...to me it wasn't Conan 100%. It felt like he was being confined actually, so I know it is a great gig to get and he did deserve it and did it well, but he had to do it well within the traditional confines of the show and I did feel a little sad when I watched because I felt like a part of him was missing. TBS is right to let him do what he wants to do, though it sucks that he has to leave some of his own creative traditions behind - like Triumph, The Year 2000 and whatever else. I'm happy he still has the Taurus!!!

Pre-TS, I was a newly divorced person, in a new city of 10 million, away from all family when I became a real regular to the show, and Conan was a great part of my evening when things weren't so funny. I could forget about what I was going through for an hour, and he is like extended family to me, same color hair and skin except he got the tall gene! His humor has always been a comfort to me.

Conan, if your consitutents are reading this, remind him to always be himself...that is who we love. And I know so many of us will be here for him in the fall on TBS! Conan is right, it's going to be great and cable is the future!
