Researcher Doug Sipp is concerned about the explosion of "off-shore" stem cell clinics promising unproven stem cell treatments that don't exist.

- I am hearing Mr. Sipp and understand, however I am not sure Mr. Sipp understands that when you go to the Dr. and they tell you what you are suffering from, let's say Parkinson's Disease, you don't get to go back and change whatever it was that put you there in that moment. You don't get to say "oh well, it shouldn't be a prolem". In that very moment that you hear that it means that you have just gotten a death sentence. The worst part is that you will never know when it is coming. That's what Parkinson's Disease is, you know, it is a killer. I am just 51 years old and I am not willing to leave this world so soon. But I don't have many choices. So I think that instead of talking about the inept practices of Adult Stem Cell are being so rouge, that by the way I thought was legal here, try to inspire the funding to get things changed.Don't sell those of us who have a undesireable, incurable illness short.

- I have traveled to Germany and had the treatment done for SCI accident. I have had great results so there is no reason why the US can't bring it here. They choose not to because there is no money in it for the pharmaceutical companies. Adult stem cell works and helps improve peoples lives.

- HAVE YOU LOOKED INTO THE PROGRAM AT NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY IN CHICAGO> They have had a FDA APPROVED STUDY for at least 10 years going on.. ( IN STAGE 4 NOW) They have used adult stem cells from the patients own Bone marrow to "reboot" the immune system after chemotherapy. This Treatment has WORKED for MS patients. I know of one such person who had the therapy 7 years ago and has had NO SYMPTOMS of MS since the therapy, he is a Hockey Coach for a local High School and Works in the Automobile industry ( US AUTOS ) . PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND GIVE HOPE TO ALL WHO HAVE AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES, BY PUTTING THIS ON A SEGMEN. Maybe people who are so desperate for a cure will not go out of the country. THANK YOU

- I have fallen into this trap and took my 5 years old daughter who has is still dealing with Epilepsy to an American Doctor who performs the stem cell treatments off shore in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. 2 times and absolutely no improvement, and 35 thousand dollars cash. A California Doctor who promises cure for almost all conditions and diseases. Thank you 60 minutes for the report, I wish this came a couple years earlier, but never too late. Thank You.
