I too am just horrified by this miscarriage of justice. Years ago I lived in Missouri and my family was close to Josh and his mother. I left there several years prior to this event but I recall it clearly. His mother was in my wedding and I remember her desperate call when he was first charged. I must have been living in a bubble because I beleived that an innocent man would not be convicted. People always say "That could never happen to us or our family". That is just not true. If for some reason we never charge the real killer we can take some comfort in knowing that God will be waiting for him, and his punishment will be much more just then one here on this earth.

It is truly frightening to know that one can be convicted of such a serious crime ( can't get much more serious than murder) with so little evidence. Prosecutors, lawyers, can literally 'build' a case from almost nothing. Truly disturbing is the fact that the hostess of the 'Halloween'
party wasn't interviewed as to whether Kezer was there until after Kezer was convicted. Hello.....how good was his defense team?

I think it's time to have 'professional' juries.

Kezer's jury didn't seem to even understand "Reasonable Doubt".

Very scary.
