Man Spends 100 Min. in Ice Water

CBS News RAW: The storm, which is being described as a tornado, struck the heart of the town of Villarrica in southern Chile with winds of 75 to 110 miles. Nine people were injured in the rare weather phenomena which shocked residents who had never experienced such weather conditions.
