Katie Couric interviewed Ellen DeGeneres in the latest issue of Glamour Magazine. Ellen spoke about life, love, and being the newest judge on "American Idol."

Straight, but Love Ellen. Needed Prozac through parts of the interview but don't want it in my animals. Afraid of torture videos, glad there are now legal in (West Virginia?) Have seen Scindler's List, still not wanting much of the acedemic footage permiating the cell phones of those closest to me.

I enjoyed the interview with Ellen very much. Especially captivating is her heartfelt thoughts on being vegan. She demonstrates that she is truly an enlightened individual and that we must extend respect, compassion and kindness to all beings that occupy this planet.

Good interview. The American Idol aspect of her career is new but not the main focus of her career from my point of view. Her show and what makes it work is far more interesting.

Great interview. Nice to hear Ellen answer as herself and not the personality. I've admired her for many years. Katie's questions were really good, it felt very conversational.

Loved the interview, Katie - you brought out other aspects of Ellen that one doesn't see on her show to much extent. Love her and her show, and more now. And love what you're doing on this site.
And she was spot on about your brilliant question to Sarah Palin...
