My husband is 75 years old and was diagnosed with PKD about 15 years ago. He only started Dialysis three years ago and the procedure has been draining to him and he had always been in good health. He was my high school sweetheart and we met when I was almost 16 and he was almost 20 and then we re-met 22 years later. We have been together 32 years. I would like to find out how to go about seeing if we can get on a program to have his stem cells used to grow a new kidney for him. Thank you so much.

I am a 74 yr old male that leads an active life style that has encountered a blown shoulder. I recently had my shoulder replaced with metal parts, & I'm five months into recovery. I have been told by my doctor that my progress is progressing well, but it could take up to another year to get full recovery (?). After many years of tennis, fly fishing, sports & recent surgery, the muscles in my right shoulder have taken considerable punishment. Your program, "Growing body parts," caught my attention &, I ask the question; could my rotator cup muscles benefit from your regeneration procedures? I'm getting to the age that by the time I'm fully recovered (?) the normal way, sports might be a dim memory. Help.

I have type 2 diabetes, have you tried to regenerate a pancreases? I know that both type 1 and type 2 are long drawn out killers. I am 50 years old and would like so much to be married to my sweetheart for 60 plus years. I'm looking forward to your medical break throughs. Thanks for your dedication! Rick

I am so hopefull to know kidney regeneration is being researched. My husband and son have polycystic desease . My husband has only one kidney and fighting to keep the other , he is only 55. our grandchildren are now facing the possibility they could also have this. I am so filled with hope that one day our son and his children will benefit from this wonderful new organ regeneration. If my husband could participate in a trial I'm sure he would for our son and grandchildren, even if it won't come soon enough for him. Keep up the great work in this field. Thankyou SA

How do you find out about the regeneration of an esophageal lining like this doctor performed in the 76 year old man that was ineligible for regular esophagectomy (spelling?). My father is only 62 yrs old, and is not strong enough for doctors to consider him for the surgery. He IS cancer free though and needs this to be able to eat properly again. He currently has a stent to help with eating.

Are you all doing research on regenerating meniscus and the hyaline cartridge lining the bones of the tibia and the fibula. Or just general regeneration of cartridge in all target joints for osteoarthritis. This would be huge!!!!! I'm a sufferer and was once a provider. If you need study subjects to practice contact me! Can't wait to get your response!

This is exciting. I hope you're working on regeneration of bone for avascular necrosis. I have suffered with this for about four years and don't look forward to hip replacement surgery. If I could grow my own bone where it has died that would be great.

What about growing cartilage for knees and hips? Keep working, MikeyDD
