Dr Francesco Fusco asks about a common and recurring skin blemish, acne rosacea. She refers to hormones, beyond a doubt the most powerful chemicals in your body. Often acned skin doesn't belong solely to teenage memories. On the contrary, after the age of 20 and when married,a 'hormonal seesaw' can let hormones ruin your life, causing 'bad' skin to persist and worsen. The key here is not drinking like the doctors say or in moderation and eat lots of fruits, nuts and vegetables.
Then you'll be hitting a home-run every time.
