Al Gore Praises Copenhagen Summit

While speaking with Katie Couric, former Vice-President Al Gore said that a proposed upcoming climate conference to be held in Copenhagen would be very beneficial for new environmental initiatives.

You know the bias media has been kissing Al Gore's Big Toe for years. There is no global warming, the polar bears have been taking off the list of endangered, the British will not show Al Gores DVD propaganda in their schools because they have found so many lies & exaggerations in it they do not want to indoctrinate their children like Obama & his administration are doing here. These so called scientist that he said backed him up on it have been proven wrong by other scientist with more information & familiar with the history of the ever changing weather conditions of the earth for years. Ms Couric is going along with old information & is not keeping herself updated. Does she not realize what Cap & Trade will do to the American people that have lost so many jobs & cannot afford to pay more for electricity & all the millions of people that will loose their jobs?
Same way with healthcare bill they want to take Medicare away from our Parents who fought in WWll for our freedoms & our Constitution & for Germany & other countries to free them from Hitler. 85% of us like our health insurance that we already have & we do not want ourselves & Medicare grouped in with a small group of people that do not have insurance & probably do not want it if they have to pay for it. If they group us all together our insurance will cost us more & give us less coverage, & our parents & seniors that are on Medicare deserve better that that. How can we disrespect them & not have any compassion for them after all they have done for us? All the lives we lost fighting for America. We are a free country & we do not want socialised medicine nor cap & trade. We are a sovereign country & we do not join in with other countries on anything. There was no reason to borrow money from China who could end up taking us over. Sorry I spoke of two different subjects but I get so aggravated the way the country is going & its like people like you, Ms Couric, that do not really pay attention or study the constitution. Please wake up & look around you.

I agree 100% with friendlyopinion. Al Gore has made millions on this project of HIS. I can't believe that the media has not done their research on this subject and keeps this going. We will all suffer in the long run because of the unfortunate power of the press.

Anyone bother to see today's news of the huge purchase made by our federal tax dollars of an Al Gore company that is part of "solving " the "global change (not "warming" anymore, for obvioius reasons) hoax? Gore will now be near billionaire status because of our tax dollars. Not bad for one who left office in 2000 with, what, a net worth of about $2 million? Even then not bad for one who never held a real job.

If he would lose some of his blubber, not fly in private jets, not ride in limousines, and not need to live in a huge mansion with heated pools and who knows what else, he may not appear to be so much the hypocrite he is.

the Copenhagen treaty is an extremely dangerous act and will significantly diminish US sovereignty.

Treaty aside, the problem of Global warming is not quite as scary as presupposed by Mr. Gore.

Al Gore is only interested in the money he is going to make off of carbon credits. If trees give off carbon then why is it they want to plant more trees to "fuel the energy fire"? So the can make money. Al Gore and his cronies are going to tax everything made of carbon and that's pretty much everything from wood products to yes, believe it out not...YOU. They eventually will have a tax on us because we are made of carbon. Obama is another one that is highly invested in this project. The ozone layer was hotter 400,000 years ago (when industrialization and auto use wasn't even a twinkle in a mans eye) then it is today. It's a cooling and heating process that the earth naturally goes through. He and his cronies are scammin' opportunists. They create problems or ?lies? so they can ?solve? them by passing a law that makes you and I pay for the solution and in the process they are raking in the bucks. Be assured the carbon credit scam will big BIG bucks. Oh yeah, and Katie Couric is not a journalist. She is only concrened about what her fans think of her and really has no knowledge of the topics she ?reports? on. She should have a baking show instead.
