when watching this, keep in mind that the prosecutor was going for murder the whole time, then changed it at the end for manslaughter. The detective who was in charge of this case, flat out LIED to the grand jury about numerious things that were vital to the states case. Even the jury admitted they didnt think he had done it,(and i quote a juror, "nothing there, just thought he was a scum bag") but because he didnt call 911 in a manner that was timely to them (9 mins), they said he was negligent and thats what they found him guilty of.
