See all 22 CommentsIt is not a smart move for a sex therapist to remove someone?s nipples when she is trying to kill somebody. And I think it is pretty smart for his wife not to answer any questions, clearly nobody has enough evidence to question her, otherwise they are not going to let her go so easily.
For Col. Shue?s psychologist claim he is getting better?..oh well, no psychologist want to let people know he fail to spot sign of suicide as a psychologist.
I guess one of reason for judge?s homicide ruling is trying to put Mrs. Shue?s mind to the rest(I think that is a very decent thing to do), the judge knows after five years, there is little or no chance to reopen the investigation.
After all, this is just a possibility.
For Mrs. Shue, I am deeply sorry for your loss and I have great respect of your husband after serving this great country for 26 years, I will pray for him.
I feel very bad for the wife.. but I will love to know where these detectives went to school... when different agencies are fighting over a case.. for some reason the person responsible for it.. gets lucky? my suggestion to the wife? take it to the federal agency? and send a lot of letters to the Obama?s office, your congressman.. and so on..?
and this thing that someone can have a life insurance over your head... is insane...
i think it was a murder but the question is how it was done ..thats the mystery
but its a murder to me
The people below where locked in the lower hold to maintain center of balance. The people top side rushed to the outboard side as the boat performed a 180 degree into the steep shore line to offload passengers by hired hand carriers. While turning around for approach the boat flipped and most onboard drowned, some most died inside and some died because they could not swim 170 feet to shore.
The story is not about me but about what happens after pulling up so much of societies load that your armor cracks and you realize you are not the super hero and unwind hard. Most people make it through this process with it being a minor blip in one?s life but if you push it a bit too far - well you know the results of such action. No round II. \\
This is why we have forgiveness, so as to go on till our next mistake. As we age past our nightmare in the right healthy environment a service member may begin the Stand Down from the Watch.
My psychiatrist took in a lot of garbage day in and day out. It does take a toll on ones soul.
I do not know what happened for fact or even can guess what had happen, the facts can be used to support either side. As a mentally wounded Veteran myself I can say there could be more to the mental side then one wants to believe in.
I know firsthand that people will kill other people for little to nothing. You need more and or stronger proof at this point in the case for who done it. This looks more like a David Carradine scene gone bad. David didn?t plan to kill himself. David had a kink in in his step that didn?t straighten out.

What I would focus on was what was the treatment the mental health doctors provided to the Doctor. Really look at the medications he was on or prescribed. I bet he was on some sort of SSRI like Paxil, Prozac, Zoloft or it goes by many more names. This stuff takes down the last bit of stick togetherness one has left of one?s self. You hear of the labels not to give this to children for it can cause suicidal or homicidal actions. This applies to adults, especially if they were victimized in their youths. A person can develop a sense of not being protected by those that were supposed to protect them or their other family member. Top that off with all the pressures of combat, family, active duty and the unassuredness of the future without the military and or the lack of post medication supervision. Once a patient goes on this medicine they need a safe place to land.
If there is an external pressure being applied - like being a target ? (the fine Doctor had every right to fear for his life with a million dollar bounty from a crazy ex-wife but it sounds like the Doctor probably had a real kink in his walk from his running with his first wife. She probably was afraid his kink might get to tight and die and blame it all on her. I likely doubt it though. But the doctor more than likely has a past in this personal past time / hobby. It just may have gone a bit too far.
What concludes me to believe the Doctor took his own life is that he had a premonition of being killed in an auto accident with a tree of something to that effect. People telegraph what they are fixating on before final action. Two, the doctor used the first two exits to get his alignment. He hit the tree exactly were he aimed. Cars do not drive themselves. The duct tape was part of the final show both internally, in his mind, and externally, for cover if it didn?t work.
The Doctor should be ruled suicide with full military honors, caused of death: POST-TRAMADIC STRESS DISORDER, 100 PERCENT SERVICE CONNECTED.
To the family, I deeply feel the pain and loss of such a beautiful person that gave his all for all of us.
Sincerely for your loss,
Tim Moles ? Oregon State

(1). What stupid divorce judge would grant an ex spouse to maintain
a life insurance on their former husband? Is this the stupid
policy in Kendall County or did this dumbo judge come to this
agreement on his own?
(2). This was an extraodinarily clever crime that took much planning
and precise execution. We would need to know the results of
this so-called psychological autopsy and what they claim were
the causes of his depression, if it were not due to being
threatened. This would need a federal supoena of course as
the Air Force is not going to risk sounding foolish.
(3). As another astute person mentioned, what happened to the
roll of duct tape that he supposedly taped himself with,
are they going to say Shue threw it out the window?
(4). The duct taping of his legs really tells the story of
happened or what was supposed to happen if the murder plan
went according to plan. The duct tape of course would not
allow Shue to control the car or to put the brakes on.
(5). What is important to know is how close were the two witnesses
to Shue's car when it went into the tree. There could have been
a person on the passenger side of the car steering it, who then
climbed out of the car as soon as it hit the tree and
disappeared into the wooded area. It is difficult to see that
this crime was botched in the way it was carried out, but of
course it may not have gone exactly to the killer's plans.
(6). The injection of the pain killing drug found in his system
makes no sense no matter if it was a suicide or murder, so
was it just subterfuge to cloud things up?
(7). I had originally thought that there was a killer's car
following Shue, who after tying him up let him drive himself
knowing that he would go off the road at a high rate of speed.
The absolute direct hitting of the tree required almost demands
that there may have been someone else in that car with Shue
who steered the car into the tree. Shue's car was not
evidently rammed from behind, so someone had to direct it at
the tree. This murder was too carefully planned to allow any
phase of it to chance.
In conclusion; Tracy needs to push for a Federal investigation.
Most importantly getting the psychological autopsy of the
Air Force released before it can be destroyed under some time
limit retention guise.
