Part of Dana's alibi before the time of the murder was stopping foe gas. Her first "back on the radar" hit was at a gas station getting gas. Is there evidence of how much gas she purchased the first time? If so, will he car's gas tank hold enough to drive to the places within her alibi and need gas again on the next stop? Do both gas amounts total MORE than her gas tank will hold and/or more than it takes to drive to her "alibi" places?

What a horrendous story!
As the multiple gunshots sounded on July 4, was an ingenious murder plan. I doubt anyone would have recognized the gunshot sounds over fireworks!
I also need help in solving my son's suspicious death. My son, Joshua (19), was found dead in Amsler Park/McGregor, Tx on February 16, 2006.
Without investigating or asking me, the mother, any questions, the police presumed that his death was due to Suicide!
Even though all the McGregor police officers KNEW Joshua very well, the four, on scene, stated they did not recognize him. ONE, yet unknown, patrol officer was the last person to see Josh alive in Amsler Park @ 1AM, recognizing him! However, only 8 minutes after arriving on scene, former Officer Norris ran a 27-29 (wants & warrants check) on the 'unknown' subject with NO identification! Even some 45 minutes later, when the 'unknown' subject was removed from the swing chain, the back of his shirt was pulled down, revealing ROBINSON tattooed across his upper back. An officer commented, 'because of the proximity to the Robinson's home, they figured he must be a cousin they had never dealt with.' [Yeah, it didn't make any sense to me, either!]
There were two police officers on duty, yet when I asked the chief which officer saw Joshua, he said, "I can't remember." I also asked him how it's possible to run a 27-29 on an unknown subject, and he told me, "It's not like the officers have drivers license numbers in their heads. A wants and warrants check is done in case there's a warrant, it can be dismissed." I replied, "Who cares, he's dead!"
After analyzing the crime scene photos (the police would not discuss the case with me), the dispatch logs, the officers' statements (inconsistent), and the autopsy, and teaching myself basic forensics, I KNEW that Joshua had not committed suicide!
The autopsy does not list an etiological specific disease/injury to attribute to the death, such as Asphyxia by Strangulation. As a matter of fact, the Medical Examiner told me that there was no evidence of strangulation!

I now believe that the police murdered my son, but no one will budge.
I would like 48 Hours Mystery to cover this story, but I have contacted every local/national news media, to no avail.
