- He seems awfull concerned about being ruled out as quickly as possible. That is throwing up red flags in my head. Asking the officer what he has to do o get ruled out is weird and suspicious behavior, especially wanting to know the time of death. If I was still a cop ( I used to be ), I would look into his where abouts during the time frame of death. He is just acting very fishy and he needs more looking into as a possible susupect or the murderer himself........... Mike
