Dear. Rooney

Thanks to Don's great works which i have been watching and learning from. Some of 60 minutes pieces helped me to open my eyes widely and to hear carefully toward the world.
For Andy Rooney and other correspondents, your dedicated works and courage shown to us will be respected through rest of world forever.
After watching 60 minutes pieces and sharing my ideas with others, sometiems i wish i could change my job as a correspondent so that I could change the world little more better place to live. I would rather find ways I can help our neighbor - from South Korea J.T RYU

This comment covers all the Don Hewitt segments. Two metaphors come to mind. One, the man was like a creative panzer division. He was constantly on the move, combining speed, directness, and efficiency and using them as the vehicles of his creativity. The other metaphor is the lava fountains of Hawaii. To whit, Mr. Hewitt was this continous outpouring of ingenious energy that ultimately lit up the artform like glowing lava lights up the night. The true measure of your love for this man, is in the utter perfection of this tribute of tributes. I've seen nothing like it.

Maybe not the right time or place by I showed Andy Rooney's piece about fruit to my hospitality class of Indian students - the beauty of Andy's work is that THEY GOT IT
