Crash Mom "Not an Alcoholic"

Daniel Schuler and his lawyer, Dominic Barbara, held a press conference in which they refuted the idea that Daniel's wife Diane was willfully drunk and high when she crashed her minivan into an SUV, killing eight including herself.

I love the way this guy stands up for his client, but the excuses are just a little too much. I feel bad for him, but this is a bit odd.

Having worked in the medical field for years, I know that medical science is not perfect..., SCIENCE MAKES MISTAKES, just like evreything else. what a sad, scary story.

Just a comment, Why if she had all of these problems with an abcess and diabetes did her husband not stay with her for what would have been a 35 minute ride. Also, What was she doing during that whole time? Hmm...Just Odd.
