Cardinal Mahony: Criticism of my record on sex abuse "comes from ignorance"

Cardinal Roger Mahony defended himself against criticism of his handling of priest sex abuse cases. In an interview with KCBS following the election of Pope Francis in Rome, Mahony said, "Tell me what we haven't done. ... Did we do as well in the 70s and 80s? No, but nobody did."
