Threats will only "further isolate" North Korea, Carney says

Following the report that North Korea is cancelling the 60-year-old armistice that ended the Korean War, White House press secretary Jay Carney said the administration is "concerned" but that threats from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) "achieve nothing."
