I am so sick of this country falling behind in USDA and FDA inspections. When is this country going to step up and make sure we are getting safe food and drugs???? When are the people who are in charge of making us safe going to do their jobs? We can't live on excuses. People are dying and all we hear are excuses and pointing fingers. If these people in charge can't do their jobs step aside and let someone else take over. I'm so over the excuses while our health is at risk!

Why is it that a small maker can make drugs 50% cheaper than the large manufacturer.. The salesman said he could sell his product 2 for 1, as i thought large business makes stuff less expensive.. major problem with the large drug company's and insurance rates.. I feel for all the people that had to suffer from this lack of justice!!

The facts are that since 1998 NECC has been subject to multiple reprimands by state and federal regulators for misbranding, inadequate sterile processes and selling unapproved drugs including at least one recall and a warning letter. Regardless of any lack of intent to do harm, federal and state drug and product liability laws as well as the professional licenses these individuals held require due diligence to make pharmaceutical products offered for sale to the public safe and effective. This was clearly not being done and management had ample signals this was the case. To suggest the executives who made the decisions that led to the violations of numerous laws and regulations are without guilt because they didn't personally carry out the acts defies logic and any sense of proper accountability. These same executives showed no such reticence in collecting millions in compensation resultant from these same decisions.

I was wondering if anyone from NECC has had criminal charges brought against them and if not, why?? Months have gone by since the first victim died. If this was another type of homocide or involuntary manslaughter, people would be in jail by now and awaiting trial. Why is this any different? $$$?
