Sen.Rand Paul, R-Ky., spent 13 hours filibustering the confirmation of John Brennan as the new CIA director and demanding answers about U.S. drone policy. But, as Nancy Cordes reports, in the end, Sen. Paul got answers and Brennan got confirmed.
