Facebook unveils updated news feed

Facebook got ready to reveal a new version of its news feed today. Meanwhile, the U.S. trade deficit jumped 16.5 percent in January to $44.4 billion, due to a jump in oil imports and a drop in exports. CBS MoneyWatch correspondent Alexis Christoforous reports.
