New playground dedicated to Sandy Hook victim

The Jersey shore town of Sea Bright celebrated the groundbreaking of a new playground, replacing the one destroyed by superstorm Sandy. It will be dedicated to a victim of the Sandy Hook school massacre. Terrell Brown reports.
