Obama: Sequester pain "will be real"

President Obama warned that the sequester spending cuts, which begin today, will foist real pain on the American people, saying we "can and must" replace these "dumb" cuts with "a more balanced approach" to deficit reduction that includes targeted cuts closes tax loopholes to secure more revenue.
