In emotional testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Neil Heslin, whose son Jesse Lewis was slain in the December 14 massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School, urged lawmakers to strengthen gun control laws: "I'm not here for the sympathy...I'm here to speak up for my son. There's many changes that have to happen."
