Great Plains pounded by 2nd winter storm in a week

For the second time in a week, a major winter storm is pounding the Great Plains. White-out conditions were reported in Amarillo, Texas, which could get a foot and a half of snow. Scott Pelley spoke with Michael Shwankee on what areas affected by the storm might expect.
