Kerry to Syrian opposition: "Join us" in Rome talks

In London for his first trip as secretary of state, John Kerry at a news conference with British Foreign Secretary William Hague urged the Syrian opposition to join him at a conference Thursday in Rome during which he will discuss the "next steps" for U.S. involvement in the Syria's civil war.
