Taxes wouldn't go up under W.H. sequester plan, Obama says

Speaking to the National Governors Association, President Obama called on Congress to offer a balanced compromise to replace the fast-approaching sequestration, which will drastically cut the federal budget blindly and across the board, and said the plan he's offered would raise revenue, but not by hiking tax rates.
