Obama: Sequester impacts "will not all be felt on day one"

Speaking to the National Governors Association, President Obama said the impacts of the fast-approaching sequestration, which will drastically cut the federal budget blindly and across the board, "will not all be felt on day one," but added, "the longer these cuts are in place, the bigger the impact will become."
