First lady a "little tired" but had "good time" with Oscars surprise

The morning after her late-night surprise appearance at the Academy Awards, during which she announced via satellite "Argo" as the winner of the "Best Picture" Oscar, first lady Michelle Obama told the National Governors Association she was up "a little later" than she anticipated, but had a "good time."
