Voting Rights Act challengers take aim at "Section 5"

Between 1982 and 2006, the Justice Department used "Section 5" a total of 2,400 times to block what it considered discriminatory voting law changes in the states. Jeff Glor spoke with Jan Crawford about why those challenging the Voting Rights Act of 1965 feel "Section 5" may not be necessary anymore.
